My client is a fantastic, business consultancy who specialise in providing solutions to the public and private sector. They are market leaders in their filed and occupy stunning offices. They are now recruiting for a Business Centre Co-ordinator to support their busy office.
The role will involve:
* Being a key member of the management team organising the office and related requirements.
* To support the F&A and IT Service Deliver Managers
* Co-ordinate activities with project manager and other staff.
* Order processing and follow up for Business centre requirements.
* Budget and forecasting support for the SDMs
* HR co-ordinator for the business centre
* H&S co-ordinatior
* Greeting visitors and answering the main telehone numer
*Provide general support that might be required
Requirements
* Confident and the ability to command respect.
* Motivated
* Attention to detail, tidy and organised.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Car driver and owner
* Intermediate level Excel and work is essential.
* Team Player
* Able to work flexibly under pressure
Experience
Successfull candidates must have worked in a busy office environment and provided support to managers previously, possess purchasing and order processing and chasing experience and have 5 year plus experience within an office.
