My client are one of the largest and successful financial and banking companies in the world and has a network of 10,000 offices in 83 countries.
They are currently looking for a number of administrators to support their payments admin team. The role will involve
· Meeting deadlines and team targets
· Handle customer/supplier enquiries effectively
· Ensure queries are resolved and payment received
· Investigate and resolve claims, invoice, credit note and payment queries for each customer/supplier
· Updating the in house database
· Processing documents
· Handle all types of contact from customers/suppliers
· Identify and feedback on areas to improve service and reduce the number of incorrect claims and invoices
· Respond flexibly to customer needs and take responsibility for the resolution of customer concerns.
The ideal candidate will have fantastic customer service skills and previous admin / processing experience.
