Administration Assistant/Document Controller required to work for a leading construction firm in Leeds. We require a methodical, hardworking and reliable individual to assist with all administrative duties within the office.
General Duties:
· General Administrative Assistance inc photocopying/typing/binding of documents
· Maintenance of a computer filing system
· Scanning documents
· Back up of computer systems
· Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals and chasing subcontractors for information
· Delivery of O&M Manuals
· Typing and data entry
· All other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
For the role you will require excellent IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Attention to detail is also a key factor for the role.
