| My client is looking for a proven candidate to start immediately to head up their new building. The selected candidate will be responsible for running the engineering and maintenance department. Main duties will include:- • Dealing with major faults. • Speaking to customers. • Fact finding from customers to enable team to deal with faults. • Managing a team of 6-10 people both field and office based. • Devise and deliver training/development plans The ideal candidate must be:- • Well organised • Be able to priorities work load • Good attention to detail • Be able to liaise with director level • Be able to provide and deliver reports to director level CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SECOND TO NONE KNOWLEDGE OF AUSTRAL AND LG SYSTEMS (Panasonic and Samsung system experience would also be expected) In return my client is offering a very attractive package of competitive basic, company vehicle, mobile phone, health cash plan, stake holder pension scheme.
