| FABRICATION MANAGER LOCATION: WEST YORKSHIRE/WAKEFIELD SALARY: £37K (£45k including bonus) + Pension COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client has over 30 years success and expertise working within the Construction, Power Generation, Oil & Gas and Water Treatment sectors. With a new modern manufacturing facility that will allow small bench Fabrication to to large single piece in excess of 50 tonnes. A Fabrications Manager is required to join the management team to oversee the up to 35 shop floor employees whilst ensuring new principles are introduced and put into practise. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: This is a Senior position with responsibility for the following: * Develop and deliver improvement plan for the new manufacturing site. * Lead all manufacturing operations through a management/supervisory structure. * Manage Health, Safety and Environment and provide leadership within area of responsibility. * Ownership and delivery of the manufacturing output revenue. * Ensure manufacturing hours are fully recovered and jobs are measured against plan. * Set targets and improve continuously manufacturing times/quality standards/cost control.
