| Our client is looking for a social worker for the hospital based team. The right candidate will be able to carry out assessment & care management skills in a hospital setting. You will require knowledge of appropriate legislation, government guidance and good practice. Knowledge of causes and forms of oppression, disadvantage and discrimination & their impact on service users. Good Counselling skills would also be an advantage.
