Our client is an extremely busy Legal firm based within the heart of Leeds City Centre.
Looking for an enthusiastic professional with excellent customer care skills. The ideal candidate will be an excellent multi tasker and will be able to deal with people of all levels.
The job role will include:
• Answer both internal and external calls promptly and politely.
• Dealing with customers over the phone and face 2 face.
• Providing secretarial support to the solicitors / fee earners
• Taking messages and relaying these correctly.
• Varied administration duties.
• Preparation of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Actively promote the services available through the business.
• Work co-operatively with all team members.
