Salary IRO £12,000 with excellent benefits.
The role will be 40 hours a week - 5 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts either 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm
The role will involve:
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Registering the guests and taking payment from them for their accommodation
* Answering any queries guests might have
* Responsible for the security of keys
* Updating all guest information on in house system
* Taking and confirming reservations for guests
* Billing guests accounts as necessary
* Responsible for the safety and security of guests
* Responsible for security, control and balancing of the float at the end of the shift
* Dealing with correspondence relating to reservations and accounts
* Responsible for communicating with other departments
* Recording all accidents incidents that may occur within the hotel
* Allocating the guest with the type of room that meets their requirements
* Responsible for updating the foreign exchange
