| Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer £24k - £27k + van / car + pension The Company: One of the UKs leading private providers of planned preventative and emergency maintenance in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors of building services. Providing a maintenance service to many of the UKs major companies The Vacancy: Planned and reactive maintenance of mainly split air conditioning units for 11 main offices and 274 branches (situated in the North West) of a major UK bank. Although the majority of work is maintenance there may be instances when you will be called upon for small installations. The Person: Qualified A/C / refrigeration engineer with current safe handling of refrigerant gases certificate. Must have previous experience within a commercial maintenance environment.
