Customer Service Consultant - Halifax - £12,915-£14,350.
Our client is currently looking for highly confident and outgoing candidates to join their successful call centre. The role is to take inbound calls re:household and travel polices and household and travel claims. The role of customer service representative will be either Claims based (dealing with household claims) or policy based (dealing with changes to cover etc) initially, with the opportunity to dual skill later. 35 hours per week around the opening hours of 8am-8pm Mon - Fri and 8am-5pm Saturday.
