Full Description:
Working within the building and electrical industry we are currently seeking somebody who has worked within the maintenance industry. The role is varied and will involve ensuring all new jobs are taken and entered onto the computer system , to liase with operatives, subcontractors and clients on a day-to-day basis to ascertain requirements and ensure communications are effective you will also have a key part in ensuring the downtime and travelling time of contractors is kept to a minimum. To manage budgets against the job specification and proceed with works, to manage quotation requests, you will also track jobs from start to finish ensuring the smooth delivery and logging all information on the computer.
This is a permanent position based on the outskirts of Leeds working for an established company.
