Collections Advisors
PART TIME - £8.50 per hour
LS11 – FREE parking

We are currently seeking enthusiastic professionals to work within one of the leading Banks in the UK. You will work as a collector by both taking in-bound and making out-bound calls dealing with customers whose accounts are in arrears, this will involve negotiating payment plans from the customers with the objective of bringing their accounts back to order, achieving the best outcome for both the bank and the customer. This will require excellent customer service and communication skills, as many times you will be dealing with complex financial and sensitive situations. You will also be required to be a target driven person and wish to progress your career within collections, by developing skills and knowledge through training given and self-development.

It is essential you can pass a Credit Check, have both Math’s and English GCSE Grade C and above or equivalent, be computer literate with an understanding of Windows packages, have first class telephone skills and be able to deliver high standards in a target driven environment. You will also have a collections background, ideally within the financial services industry.

Hours of work are 20 hours per week for a Part Time position. Flexibility is required but this position would be fantastic for anyone looking to work whilst also having other commitments. The offices offer FREE parking, a subsidised canteen and a gym!
