Working for one of the worlds leading financial organisations we are recruiting customer service advisors to join their contact centre here in Leeds. You will be working within the Mortgage Loan Service division and will manage day-to-day tasks such as dealing with incoming post, administering customer accounts and producing written correspondence. To provide clear responses to all mortgage related enquiries either in writing and/or by telephone. You will deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any escalated issues as required.

Experience within an administrative customer focused environment is essential, you will require the willingness to work to individual and team targets.
