Customer Service Advisor
£13,600 + Excellent Benefits
Leeds

Working within the financial sector we are currently recruiting for a National Building Society. You will work within the high street office and will be responsible to provide a first class service to customers both face to face and over the telephone. Your main duties will include; generate and following up of sales opportunities, welcome, help and assist customers and perform all cash and banking transactions quickly and accurately and in accordance with the security policy of the building society.

Candidates require to be educated with GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent. You will have experience of dealing with customers within a retail / service environment, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and the desire to work in a target orientated company. A team worker who sees themselves as an innovate problem solver/solution provider. Must be accurate, numerate and computer literate.

This is a full time permanent position, the hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm plus Saturday morning 9.15-12.15 (this is on a rota basis). You will also be required to pass a credit check as the role is working within the financial service sector.

We also have similar roles working within Ripon/Skipton/Wetherby and Yeadon.
