Title: New Business Development Manager / Field Sales

Salary: £18,000 OTE £33K + company car, company mobile phone, PDA, laptop, and expense account

An ambitious and driven sales person is required to join a professional organisation based in Leeds city centre. This is a proactive sales role, instrumental in investigating and building new business relationships with customers. Based in beautiful modern offices, this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales person to join a company with excellent benefits and fantastic opportunities for progression.

The Role:
A full time permanent position you will be identifying and prospecting new business clients. Responsibilities will include organising and generating sales appointments, completing the sale process to contractual agreement and providing accurate sales reporting and forecasts. You will be required to achieve monthly sales revenue targets and achieve monthly (KPI) activity and performance targets. You will need to maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times, when dealing with customers, representing the company, public speaking and presenting the appropriate range of business services.

Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a confident and outgoing individual with a proven track record within a client facing / telesales role. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, results driven and possess excellent presentation / communication skills. You will have a strong commercial acumen, have a resilient and resourceful mindset and will be well presented. A background in the financial industry would be preferable.
