Title: IT Trainer Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Trainer to join a professional organisation based in Leeds city centre. The IT Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering IT training courses for all desktop applications to internal and external quality standards. The Role:
A full time permanent position you will be delivering approximately 20 different IT training courses. You will be delivering the training courses to groups, or on a one to one basis, maintaining accurate training records and assisting with the delivery of new software on a firm-wide rollout basis, which may include floorwalking and coaching on a one to one basis. The IT Trainer will also be assisting in the design, development and assessment of learning content, maintaining a constant supply of IT training manuals for courses, and liaising with members of IT in order to share knowledge and to improve support and training. Additional duties will include ensuring that courses delivered by IT Training reflect the best practice recommended by the rest of the department, learning and testing new software packages and training material for future projects or roll-outs, and participating in IT projects and meetings.

Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced IT Trainer who has worked in a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will preferably be a graduate in a related subject (or intellectual equivalent). You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to deliver Management Development and Soft Skills Courses. You must be able to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
