The position is based in on the outskirts of Leeds and has arisen due to the business expanding. My client is a market leader in their sector and has been established since 2001. They have won many awards over the past few years and have grown dramatically within that time.
The company is currently recruiting for a broadband team leader in 1st line support. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of advisors, which must be passionate about customer care and put the customer first at all times. Within this role you will be responsible for coaching and developing the team, motivating the team, you must be able to identify peoples strengths and weakness and build on that to endeavour that the customer receives the best service possible, you must have an excellent telephone manor, be a clear communicator at al levels, and be able to drive the business forward.
In return the company offer a fantastic basic salary of £21,500 plus dependant upon experience, bonus and benefits such as healthcare, pension and various discounts for bars and restaurants.
