| £18-23k + Excellent benefits package This is an excellent opportunity to work for this prestigious Law firm in brand new city centre offices. The team is one of the premier debt recovery operations in the country, holding leading positions on the panels of most of the high street’s financial institutions. Key responsibilities; Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will ensure that clients are reported to in line with their expectations and company standards. The role is challenging and varied, dealing with financial and data driven aspects of the companies’ relationships with their clients. There will also be opportunities to affect the way that the business operates by interpreting the data to the management team. You will produce invoices and MI for clients, interpreting this to the business where necessary to raise issues and drive improvements. You will act as client liaison for both internal and external clients. The role will also involve reporting to a third party data management bureau which is a high profile and demanding set of tasks, using Excel and Access as integral tools. Skills and experience; You will have experience of the MI environment coupled with finance and/or accounting experience, preferably gained within a debt recovery or Solicitor’s practice. You will have a working knowledge of Excel and Access and the ability to extract and manipulate data with these and other tools. In addition, you will ideally have experience of implementing audit and control methodologies. Key competencies; To be successful, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients. You will be able to give clear and unambiguous explanations to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard and will try new methods to improve the quality of work and service to clients You will take into account the abilities, workload and aspirations of colleagues, encouraging the team to work together and support each other. |
