We need very bright candidates, ideally educated to A-Level or degree standard, with some experience of overseeing office facilities and equipment – some prior knowledge of Health & Safety and conducting inductions would also be very advantageous. You should be very customer focussed and confident in dealing with staff of all levels. •To take responsibility for the smooth running of the Leeds offices and other satellite offices, as determined
DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO:
The Facilities Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:.
•To take responsibility for the working environment of the offices on a daily basis and take action to facilitate and progress solutions
•To oversee the supplier contracts for the premises and ensure key performance indicators are upheld
•To participate in liaison with the landlords, building representatives and tenants on a regular basis and act as first point of contact for corporate issues
•To maintain health and safety issues relevant to the offices, and carry out inductions and assessments, to ensure our legal obligations are met
•To assist with internal office moves and relocations
•To provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager
•To provide administrative support to the Leeds office at all times
•To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post.

Qualifications: A Levels or equivalent, Relevant degree or equivalent
