This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy Leeds city centre office. The client is looking for a friendly but professional individual to join the existing team however you must be competent working alone.
Duties involved with role:
· Meeting and greeting visitors
· Answering telephone in a professional manner and recording message accurately
· Distributing incoming post and processing outgoing post.
· Copy typing duties.
· Taking minutes at meeting
· Organising meeting rooms
· Filling, faxing, photocopying.
· Other reception duties.
Skills required:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Be a confident communicator with the ability to build rapport. You must be able to multi task and prioritise workload. Must also have an excellent telephone manner.
