Full Description:
Our client is a professional services company based in the heart of Leeds City Centre and they are looking for an experienced Office Manager on a part time basis.

The role is flexible on working hours to suit the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be expected to be responsible for the Reception, Postroom, General Office Administration, Archiving and Accounts providing an effective service at all times.

Duties and rsponsiblities include:

Ensuring that equipment is in a good state of repair, serviced in line with the maintenance agreements as well as meeting Health and Safety Standards
Providing stationery supplies and co-coordinating
Ensuring that a proficient cleaning service is provided
Internal Office moves and Space Planning - In line with Health and Safety Regulations as well as advising on the same
Refurbishment/redecoration
Ensuring that the Intruder Alarm System, ID Cards, Watchman, Out of hours Access, Control of Office Keys
Ensuring that the Leeds office is compliant with all H&S regulations including the following areas i.e. Fire Equipment/Marshals, First Aiders/Equipment, Risk Assessments, Notice Boards

Experience of ensuring Health & Safety in the workplace is a MUST for this role
