| Our client is a law firm based in Leeds City Centre specialising in Coveyancing and they are looking for a Conveyancing Trainer This is a unique opportunity for a successful conveyancing trainer to be a key member of the management team and to make a significant contribution to the growth and development of the division. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Training new and existing staff on the case management system Training in all technical aspects of the conveyancing process (sale and purchase, remortgage and HIPs) Auditing, reviewing and sharing best practice Developing skills to enable people to progress through the career structure REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE In depth knowledge of the domestic conveyancing process is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to put across new concepts and procedures with enthusiasm You will need to be creative, capable of identifying opportunities for business efficiencies Familiar with a variety of methods used to assess and analyse training needs Previous experience of designing/delivering innovative training programmes Previous experience of coaching/developing staff Commercially and customer focused Competent IT user and able to work alongside the firm’s IT team Ability to drive projects through to agreed timescales |
