Would you like the opportunity to work for an expanding Financial company that offers excellent career oportunities for career minded people.

Your role will be

To work in the settlements department

Provide information to investors/IFA’s on request

Resolving complaints and solving problems on behalf of investors/IFA’s.

Checking incoming post

Liaising with Accounts department

Administrating deceased accounts

The ideal candidate must have:

Good customer service experience
Banking/financial or investments experience.

An IAQ qualification or unit trust expereince is not essential but would be an advantage.
