Full Description:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join this leading company based in Halifax to cover a 6months Maternity contract.

Duties to include:
- Match invoices received on a daily basis to the purchase order
- Resolve any variances to purchase orders
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Raise manual cheques and post to the nominal / purchase ledger
- Code authorised expense claims and process on a fortnightly payment run
- Carry out the supplier payment runs to audit requirements
- Receive and code the petty cash return for posting
- Investigate and rectify the posting of any returned payments

Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential alongside the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You must be an organised individual with good prioritisation and IT skills.

Salary: c£15K plus excellent benefits
