Probate Fee Earner

An opportunity for a Fee Earner now exists with our client who has developed a strong presence in the West Yorkshire region mainly due to providing exceptional legal advice to commercial and private clients. In addition to traditional areas this company has dedicated Commercial and Employment, Medical Negligence and PI Departments.

Essentially we are looking for a Probate Fee Earner who has 2-4 years PQE experience. We are also interested in candidates who have less experience that above but will fit into a support role managing workloads for 2 fee earners and a Trainee Commercial Property professional. Ideally from a strong academic background demonstrating commercial awareness with a “can do” attitude you will work extensively with local businesses with up to £50M turnover with a high expectancy of repeat business. Our client is willing to consider a NQ professional who has broad experience in Property law. Therefore you should have an understanding of commercial conveyancing with complexities that entails. Some exposure to the commercial environment is preferred rather than candidates who have dealt with private client work.
