| THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE ROLE We are currently recruiting for a leading vehicle hire company in Leeds. We have two 6 month contracts that require suitable candidates to start work asap. Candidates should have previous customer services experience, excellent communication skills and be available to start work at fairly short notice. Duties will include providing an excellent customer service to blue chip customers, managing the clients requirements, liaising with various third parties in order to organise the servicing of fleet vehicles, dealing with any complaints or queries that arise. You must have excellent communication skills, be organised and have a warm and friendly, yet professional approach to providing an excellent level of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity and will most defiantly become permanent for the right candidate. |
