Full Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced secretary to work for this leading law firm in the centre of Leeds, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support to designated fee earners (no legal experience required). Working 21 hours, between 9 and 5, 4-5 days per week (must include Friday's).

Reporting into the Business manager, the key responsibilities would be providing secretarial support, including big hand and copy typing, typing of slides, filing, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, billing, client liaison.

Skills and experience:

Good secretarial skills, strong work ethic, ability to juggle a range of tasks, attention to detail good communication skills, the ability to work with others and the ability to work to tight timescales.

Secretarial qualifications - stage 3 RSA, experience of audio typing. Knowledge of the public sector would be an advantage.
