Full Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced legal secretary to join the Corporate team of this leading law firm based in the centre of Leeds, you will be responsible for providing secreatrial support to 2 partners and an associate.

Duties will include:

Produce correspondence and documentation through audio and copy typing..
Maintain files, including opening new files, ongoing filing and archiving of old files.
Make and receive telephone calls on behalf of the fee earner.
Meet and greet visiting clients as required, in a professional and courteous manner.
Process incoming and outgoing post.
Arrange meetings and travel for fee earners.
Maintain fee earners' diaries.
Deal with fee earners' expenses claims.
Generate client bills, and liaise with Finance Department over payment.
Photocopying and faxing
Supporting marketing activities as required, for example by researching local companies on the web.
Carrying out client identity checks as required, to ensure compliance with money laundering regulations
Carrying out supervised Companies House checks as required, and completing relevant forms.

Applicants must have experience of working as a legal secretary ideally within corporate.
