This prestigious country house hotel is seeking a friendly and professional
events co-ordinator to join their small team. The duties will include:-
* Meeting clients and discussing needs
* Organising functions, weddings and conferences
* Co-ordinating and planning events
* Dealing with suppliers eg florist, chef
* Outsourcing entertainment
* Answering calls and dealing with queries
* Sending out letters confirming bookings
* Updating client files
* General administration duties.
You will be a well-presented, organised team player with knowledge of Word & Excel. The salary will be £14,000 together with 20 days hols.
