Full Description:
Scheme Coordinator required to cover schemes on the Dewsbury area. The role requires a candidate with knowledge and understanding of older people with differing physical and mental abilities to encourage independent living.

The role will involve ensuring new service users feel welcome and are given adequate information about the scheme. Develop and maintain support plans in accordance to supporting people. Co-ordinate leisure and social activities and provide links with the local community. Deal with any maintenance queries and liaise with contractors where appropriate.

Candidates must have previous experience working within a support role ideally with the elderly. Candidates must have an enhanced CRB disclosure and have access to their own transport.
25 hours a week- 5 hours a day 5 days a week. The hours must be worked between the hours of 9-5 but will be flexible.
