Full Description:
Eden Brown are recruiting a Team Manager for a Childrens Services team in the West Yorkshire area.

As Team Manager you will be required to line manager a number of Social Workers and Support Workers. Duties will include managing and coordinating a team to provide a high-quality and effective service. This will involve setting and reviewing targets and providing guidance and direction. You will ensure budgets are effectively managed, and will work closely with other Team Managers to facilitate the continuing development of the service. Other management duties as required.

Previous experience within a managerial role is essential. Candidates must have good knowledge of the child protection and GSCC registration.
