Full Description:
We are the main provider of temporary catering staff to our local authority. WE are currently looking to recruit additional cooks / chefs to service this large prestigious contract. You will be required to produce attractive and nutritious meals for residents and staff and manage the kitchen to comply fully with current food legislation.
Main duties to include the following: Food preparation, provide specialists diets, reporting of breakages or unsafe items, clearing of tables, washing up and general cleanliness of the kitchen, monitoring stock levels, ordering of supplies, ensure safe storage and rotation of stock, keep daily records, be courteous and helpful to residents, visitors and other members of the team.
