| IT Solutions Leeds Basic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + uncapped Bonus + Car allowance Our client are an IT solutions and Services Provider with successful trading and expansion throughout the last decade. They are now seeking individuals to join their team and build business relationships with clients at all levels within the Public and Private sector. They are currenlty looking to recruit a Field Sales Executive to join their team. Duties: You will be responsible for selling continuous availability solutions and Virtualization projects to the corporate, enterprise and Public sector. You will be responsible for generating new business, building your own account base and achieving a set personal revenue target. You will be required to work closely with all internal departments and external partners to effectively follow up leads, provide best practice solutions and develop relationships and business within your account base. Meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets, whilst working with senior decision makers to win business. You will have internal support to assist you in developing your business; however, your role will be a mix of generating new business, networking and account management. Initially you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of business acumen and be able to identify areas of extra revenue and margin for the company with its existing product and service portfolio, following these self generated opportunities through to conclusion. Experience: You will have been employed within a Sales environment for at least 2 years, preferably within IT or Telecoms, be hungry for monetary rewards and be prepared to go that extra mile. You should have a consultative approach, be able to demonstrate knowledge of Total cost of Ownership concepts, understand the Intel Environment, high availability solutions and ideally Virtualization technology. In addition you must have excellent communication skills, be immaculately presented and have experience of dealing with board level decision makers. Ideally this is a second or third level role, perhaps suiting a candidate who is currently working in a similar role and wants more room to flourish, or even a strong field sales person in a related industry looking for a move into a more central IT role.
