Full Description:
Temporary kitchen porter required starting ASAP. Duties to include:

Checking that the Mechanical Dishwasher is working correctly.
Operate the Mechanical dishwasher.
Ensuring that all items are clean and placed in the appropriate storage area after cleaning.
Empty and clean the dishwasher at the end of service.
Clean the dishwasher area including underneath and behind equipment.
Clean heavy-duty kitchen equipment including ovens and fryers.
Clean kitchen floors, walls and machinery.
Work in the pan wash area manually clean pans, trays, utensils as provided by kitchen personal.
Rubbish is removed to external bins at regular intervals.
Carry out all cleaning necessary to meet the client’s standard. Adhere fully to the designated cleaning schedule.
Carry out any reasonable request of your line manager or supervisor.
Flexible attitude to the demands of the business.
