Our client, a leading firm of Loss Adjusters are actively seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager to join their expanding Property Claims team in Leeds.
Managing a team of 8 staff, you will be responsible for service delivery, process compliance and staff development.
To be considered for this position you must have previous Team Leading skills or have held a senior position within this field with sound technical knowledge of both domestic and commercial insurance claims
You must possess exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work to targets and deadlines. Having DIP CII or ACII or the equivalent would be advantageous, but its not essential. Salary will be dependant upon qualifications and experience.
