We are a growing Recruitment Agency based in the Five Towns area and we want a Perms Manager to join our growing team to develop our presence in this market. This is your opportunity to join a recruitment business with an exceptional reputation, specialising in Social and Health Care. You will be an existing recruitment manager looking for the next challenge or a senior consultant who is at the top of their game looking for their first management role. You will be a natural leader, sales focused, highly organised, able to multitask and have a good attention to detail. You will be friendly and confident, a skilled negotiator and have a warm and empathetic telephone manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of client accounts. Using their recruitment skills to build relationships to maximise potential business will be key. They will also manage the attraction and selection of a data base of suitable candidates to fulfil their client’s recruitment needs.

You will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary of up to £30,000, plus generous uncapped bonus scheme, car allowance, 28 days holiday and free parking. Our office is centrally located easy to get to and has good links with the M62 and M1. We take a different approach at AJ Social Care why not come and see?

Do you have the following?

Experience as a manager or senior consultant in the perms recruitment market?

A high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels

A Proven track record, must be able to prove £100k+ billings?

A high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels?

An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team?

Thrive in a targeted environment?

Hold a Driving licence and have your own car?
