We are a growing Recruitment Agency based in the Five Towns area and we want a Service Consultant to join our team. This is your opportunity to join a recruitment business with an exceptional reputation, specialising in Social and Health Care. We offer an excellent salary, career progression, on the job development and all in a great team environment. You will be highly organised, able to multitask and have good attention to detail. You will be friendly and confident with a warm and empathetic telephone manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts. Building relationships to maximise this business will be key. They will also manage the recruitment and selection of a large data base of experienced candidates to fulfil their client’s needs. The job holder will also be responsible for managing our on-call system on a rotational basis.

They will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £15,000 to £18,000, 28 days holiday and free parking. Our office is centrally located easy to get to and has good links with the M62 and M1. We take a different approach at AJ Social Care why not come and see?
