| We want an experienced Senior Administrator to join our fantastic team to enable us to move to the next level, do you fit the bill? We are a growing Social Care Agency based in the Five Towns area and we want a Senior Administrator to join our team to support the Directors. This is your opportunity to join a business with an exceptional reputation, specialising in Recruitment and Domiciliary Care. This is a support role and will involve a variety of business support functions including general administration, payroll and accounts support, auditing and support with projects within the business. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, supporting the directors of an equivalent level. With excellent organisational skills you will have the ability to work under your own initiative, make you own decisions and prioritise your workload. A born communicator, both written and verbal, you will demonstrate a confident manner when dealing with people at all levels. The right candidate will have a strong personality, and a good level of numeracy and literacy. In addition they will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel and some knowledge of Sage accounts and Payroll. Any related qualifications would be advantageous, such as a HND in Business or Management Studies or a Private / Executive Secretary's Diploma. You must be professional, reliable and level-headed; and will thrive under the pressure of the responsibility that this role brings. This position requires high levels of tact and diplomacy; therefore you must be capable of remaining calm and professional at all times and constantly keep a positive outlook on your work. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of up to £17,000, 28 days holiday and free parking. Our office is centrally located easy to get to and has good links with the M62 and M1.
