We are a growing Home Care Agency based in the Five Towns area and we want a Co-ordinator to join our team. This is your opportunity to join a business with an exceptional reputation, specialising in the home care market. You will be highly organised, able to deal with pressure, capable of multitasking, have great IT skills and have an excellent attention to detail. In addition you will be warm, friendly and confident while dealing with people in a empathetic manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a database of service users from the private and local authority sector. You will manage the recruitment and selection of a database of carers to fulfil your client’s needs, building relationships with your carers so you are able to maximise this business will be key. You will also be responsible for managing our on-call system on a rotational basis, provide emergency cover and will work one day out of five supporting your service users in the field with their daily living needs providing hands on care.

You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £15,000 to £18,000, 28 days holiday and free parking. Our office is centrally located easy to get to and has good links with the M62 and M1.
