Full Description:
Our client is a well established and well respected Independent Training Provider who have ben involved in Goverment training since 1985.
They provide work-based learning in Yorkshire and Humberside, which is funded by the Learning and Skills Council. The training is provided FREE to the employer and learner
Due to expansion they are looking for confident, motivated and proffesional person to join their team.
You will have the ability to deliver training appropriate for E2E learners.
The aim of the role is to provide training and support to 16-18 year old E2E learners, you will help develop the learners personal and social skills coupled with their employability. The main aim is to help them to progress in a range of employment sectors.
you woukd also be expected to maximise any poytential future business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Basic Skills/ Counselling/Teaching qualification and be computer literate
A proven track record of working with young, disadvantaged learners would be advantageous
