Title: Fitters / Polishers

Salary: £13.33 per hour

The Role
• You will be producing medical/surgical implants – tolerances are in microns.
• You will be doing assembly fitting work, polishing, linishing and also laser etching. The work involves very fine finishes.
• This is a 12 month ongoing temporary contract.

Our client is a leading international manufacturing company. They have more than 200 staff in operations at Leeds with an increasing volume of orders. They are expanding to meet demand. They offer an excellent working environment on a modern, well equipped shop floor. The company is forward thinking and uses modern efficiency techniques.

Requirements
• You must have served a recognized engineering apprenticeship.
• You should have recent experience as a fitter.
• Experience with precision and fine finish work would be an advantage.
• You should be hard working and self motivated.

A highly competitive wage is available of £13.33 per hour working on the double day shift.
