| LEARN THE BUSINESS-MANAGE THE BUSINESS Telesales with Progression- Meaningful Travel As sales teams go, we’ve got one of the best but, as ever at i-to-i, nothing stands still and we are now determined that our UK team will give North Americans the very best opportunity to experience life changing travel. Therefore we are seeking a special, star-spangled someone who would just love to drive our sales over the Pond. Due to that pesky time difference you will need to work the late shift from 2.15pm – 11pm (Mon-Thur) and 11.45am – 8pm (Fri). If you’re passionate about travel, North America and ideally have a sales background, don’t just think about it, send us your CV now! What you'll do: Inform and advise people about our great range of volunteer adventures and tours Build up a rapport and turn enquirers into travellers! Make outbound calls to existing sales leads Support the Ventures team in making sure our customers get the best service they deserve Manage the sales process to successfully exceed sales targets and objectives. What you'll need: The drive and determination to sell our great range of products A tip-top phone manner A good understanding or experience of American culture would be dandy Knowledge of overseas travel and volunteering outside Europe and North America (although we’re always happy to train talented types) And if you have a proven track record in travel sales, so much the better!
