A prestigious International Client is looking for a PA to support a senior member of staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong communication and organization skills. This would ideally suit someone who can work off there own initiative and co-ordinate.
Duties will include:
• Administration support
• Travel arrangements
• Diary management
• Arranging meetings
• Project work
• Prepare Agenda’s
• Expenses
• Filing and general Clerical duties
• Communication via e-mail
The ideal candidate must be confident with all aspects with MS Office such as word, excel and outlook. With a keen eye for detail this position would ideally suit someone with strong communication skills with initiative to plan pro-actively and manage workloads.
