Assistant Director - Adult Services

We at Synergy Group are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Director with a commissioning aspect to operate within the Lancaster region.

The client is looking for a candidate with the following experience:

Partnership working and joint funding, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Planning, Corporate Working, Change Management, Government Inspections, Continuous improvement, Risk Management and Best Value and Joint Review mechanisms.

This is a full time interim post for 3 to 6 months with a possibility of the role becoming a permanent one.
