Rate of pay: £6 per hour
Terms: Rotating shift work (5 days out of 7)

URGENTLY NEEDED

Our client is looking for a number of both Full & Part Time Customer Service Assistants to work on-board the trains travelling from Leeds City Station to London, Kings Cross and returning back to Leeds.

Candidates must have previous customer service or hospitality experience. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential.
Duties will include:
· Meeting & greeting customers, train side & on platform areas
· Luggage handling where required
· Escorting of customers between train side & their seat
· Cook, present & serve at seat meal products for First Class/Weekend First/Silver Standard customers
· Assisting Chef where required
· Checking reliability of equipment - correcting or reporting defects if necessary
· Maintaining a clean & safe environment at all times, litter removal/damp wipe of tables/closure of toilet doors/luggage management
· Removal of seat reservation labels
· Attending training, briefing, coaching, assessing events off train as required.

This is a temporary position.

P/T hours are 20 hours per week - Weekends plus hours during the week.

Assessment day: 14th May
