OVERALL AIM
To work within the HR Unit to provide support and advice for employees and to provide HR administrative support to the HR unit.
JOB ROLE
1.To support the HR Advisors, HR Operations Manager and Head of Corporate Resources (HR) in all aspects of HR activity.
2.To support the learning and development process.
3.To coordinate payroll administration and process the monthly payroll and end of year procedures.
4.To manage recruitment administration for campaigns and participate in selection procedures.
5.To administer the pension scheme
6.To support the delivery of Health and Safety support for the head office, regional and home based staff.
7.To manage HR filing and recording requirements
8.To contribute towards strategy development
PURPOSE
1.To support the Head of HR, HR Operations Manager and HR Advisors in all aspects of HR activity.
*Support colleagues with performance management procedures i.e. probation, competence reviews, grievance and disciplinaries.
The post holder will also be required to undertake other tasks that may from time to time be allocated by the HR Operations Manager that are appropriate to the level and grade of the post.
