Job Description
My client, a market leading property organisation, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings negotiator to join their north Leeds branch.
My client is seeking someone dynamic and driven as the role has plenty of scope for progression.
Duties include:
- Negotiating the rental of property portfolio
- Bringing on new landlords
- Contributing ideas in order to increase market share in the area
- Assisting the branch manager and covering in their absence
- Overseeing the entire lettings process
Candidate requirements:
- Forward thinking and ambitious attitude
- Minimum of 2 years lettings experience
- Must be car driver with own transport
