Job Description

Payment Offer Administrator Based Leeds Salary £12500- £13800 6 month maternity contract

An excellent role supporting this blue chip business within the finance industry. The primary function of the role is to respond to any payment offers through correspondence to customers through writing (templates) letters Reporting to the payment offers team leader you will be working within the administration team and function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing of payment offers from customers including written responses

  • Calculating acceptable monthly payments and highlighting when further information/negotiation is required and assigning to the correct department

  • Processing financial statements and offer of payments from authorised 3rd parties. Requesting authority when applicable and providing written responses.

  • General administration duties and any other duties commensurate with the post.

  • Ensure high standards of correspondence sent to maintain compliance and quality scores.

  • To ensure that all activities are carried out in a compliant manner and that all TCF principles are observed.

To apply you should have the following relevant experience:

  • Previous data entry experience

  • Previous office experience

  • Experience of MS Word/MS Excel

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Grade B or above in English Language or equivalent or qualified by experience.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good computer literacy skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Lateral thinker with ability to use own initiative.
