Job Description

Lettings Negotiator Based Wakefield Salary £15k

My client, a well-established and successful Lettings organisation in Wakefield City centre, has an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Let the existing property stock

• General administration

• Arrange viewings

• Attend viewings when required

• Dealing with references and legal documents

• Meet personal and branch targets

Skills required:

• Previous experience in a sales environment

• Committed and driven attitude

• Good strong IT skills

• Experience in dealing with Landlords and Tenants

• Smart appearance and Professional work ethic

• Good telephone manner

Additional requirements:

• Full UK Driving License.

• Able to work Saturdays/Sundays if required
