Job Description

Contact Centre Team Leader Based West Yorkshire Salary £20,000.00 - £24,000 Our client a leader in their field is looking for an experience contact centre team leader to join their successful team. Main Duties: Lead and motivate the team to deliver best in class results and drive productivity Appraise, coach and develop advisors to maximise performance and identify potential pipeline for future roles. Planning and scheduling around service requirements utilising rotas and service levels Utilise MI reporting and analysis to evaluate and monitor individual and team performance, taking proactive steps through feedback and coaching, to maintain and improve performance Internal and external recruitment (interviewing/screening) within plan Identify and implement improvements in business processes and procedures Work in partnership with the legal advisor to develop robust people development and quality management plans Skills & Experience: Previous Contact Centre Team Leader experience Excellent communicator to both internal and external clients Consistently maintains a positive attitude, even when workloads increase Takes ownership of the customer queries Is focused on delivering the best service they can Acts quickly and decisively to overcome a client/team problem Believes in the Company and it's products and services and passionately promotes these to their team, existing and new clients Promotes and demonstrates the Firms Values and Beliefs Positively motivates the team Demonstrates a positive outlook to change and development and promotes a "can do" working environment Due to the amount of response we receive, unfortunately we are not able to give feedback to individuals, if you have not heard back within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful for the role you have applied for.
